The sports pundits had our Wildcats as 12 point underdogs for this game. The sportswriter for the San Antonio paper suggested Monday that it was really kind of dumb even to play the game, it was such a foregone conclusion. We arrived prepared to be pounded, as we were by Nebraska 8 years ago.
Instead, we were treated to quite a show. The 'cats finally lost in overtime, but not before taking us on a wild ride.
